- Apple-1, skin removed
- Banana-2 large ones or 3 small ones
- Fresh cream-2 cups
- Condensed milk- 4 tbsp
- Yogurt-1 cup
- Any flavoured essence you like-1 tsp
- 1\2 cup milk
- Grind the mango, banana, and apple in the mixer. Add curd and milk.
- Beat condensed milk and fresh cream. After the cream has doubled, keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Then pour fresh cream, with the mixer and grind it .
- Your smoothie is ready. Serve with ice-cream and honey. Serve cold.
