You obviously start your day in the morning, and in order to achieve a good day; you should have a good morning! So, here are a few tips on how to make your morning routine 👍
Rise and shine!
You need to sleep early the night before to wake up early. So you can sleep at 9:30 and wake up at 6 in the morning. That’s a total of 8 hours and 30 minutes. If you want, you can even sleep earlier.
Stretch 🧘♀️
The moment to get up, take a moment to stretch and crack your bones. Get yourself ready for the day. Make sure to say your prayers too.
The Basic Morning Routine
Once you stretch, go ahead and brush (and tie) your hair. Then to refreshen yourself, wash your face 🧼. If you want to, you can quickly take a warm bath 🤗🧖♀️ A warm bath always makes you feel better 😌. And then brush (:
Have a Healthy Breakfast
Having a healthy breakfast is very important. I love myself a good avocado guacamole 🥑 🤤. A healthy breakfast always perks up your mood and helps you start the day better. Having a healthy juice helps a lot too 🥤🧃
After that, have some luke-warm water (-:

i slept for one hour yesterday, woke up at 1:25 am, stayed awake till 6 am, fell back asleep, woke up at 12:30 pm.
that’s just how messed up my sleep schedule is.

sleeping at 9:30!? that might be mission impossible for me, like even if i went to bed at 9:30 – i would be awake for hours and maybe fall asleep even later 😅
