How to make a healthy scrambled egg πŸ³

    INGREDIENTS

  1. 3 or 4 eggs
  2. One tomato- boiled
  3. One green chilli- chopped
  4. One carrot-chopped in small pieces
  5. One small onion chopped
  6. Capsicum- about 30 chopped pieces

      DIRECTIONS

Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan. Let the pan sit on a stove until the oil is hot. Fry carrots, tomatoes, onions, capsicum and green chilli until it’s cooked. Then, beat eggs until fully mixed.

Add 2 pinches of salt and chilli powder if you desire in the egg. Beat again. Put the cooked vegetables into the egg. Mix it with a spoon. Pour the egg into the pan and cut it to make scrambled egg. Cook for 2 minutes. Finally its ready!!!!πŸ‘ Enjoy it with chappati.
