INGREDIANTS
Oats 1 cup
Shredded coconut 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1\2 cup
Condensed milk 1\2 cup
Milk 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1\4 tbsp
METHOD
1.First, start by grinding the oats into flour using the mixer. After there are no chunks of oats left, put the flour into a bowl.
2. Add the shredded coconut, cocoa powder, milk, salt, vanilla essence and condensed milk, whisk it for 10 minutes, until the batter is a bit like ice-cream. Β
3.Then, line a tray with parchment paper. Scoop the batter with an ice-cream scooper and place it on the parchment paper. Put it in the freezer and chill for 1 hour. After one hour, take it out and enjoy with vanilla cream (or just eat it without cream)
Wow I am so impressed by these especially because I love macrons π. I can’t wait to read more amazing recipes like this. I also think that the coconut macrons are going to be excellent π₯₯

it tastes amazing unless you put too much salt. that’s what happend to me, and i had to redo it π.
